Aldo is a Managing Director at DTCP Infra
He brings more than 13 years of experience as investment banker in London covering Telecommunication clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining DTCP, Aldo served as director in the Telecommunications Investment Banking team at Citi EMEA, where he focused on Digital Infrastructure. During his time at Citi, Aldo supported numerous Telco companies on the monetization of their digital assets and advised institutional investors on mergers, acquisitions and divestments of digital infrastructure businesses. He brings a profound knowledge of the TMT sector in crucial target markets to DTCP.
Aldo is a CFA charterholder, has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. Aldo studied industrial engineering and graduated with honours from the Catholic University of Peru.
Amber is Associate at DTCP in the Infra team.
Prior to DTCP, she has worked at Digital 9 plc, primarily managing Verne Global, a Nordic data centre platform, and Elio Networks, an Irish FWA provider. Before her time at D9, Amber worked in the Deal Advisory team at Mazars LLP, where she completed her ACA.
Anselm is Managing Director at DTCP Infra.
He has been involved in the investments into Cellwize, Community Fiber and Open Dutch Fiber.
Prior to joining DTCP in 2017, Anselm worked as an investment banker at Barclays in Frankfurt. He has more than seven years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
Anselm holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cooperative State University Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Arvind is an Associate at DTCP Infra.
Prior to joining DTCP, Arvind worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, first as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York, and subsequently as an Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecoms team in London.
Arvind holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
Asha is a Vice President at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
She covers pan-European growth equity investments and is based in London. Prior to DTCP, Asha was an investor at Apax Partners in New York, and previously also worked in the mergers & acquisitions teams at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
Asha earned her BSc Economics degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Bart is Managing Director at DTCP Infra.
Prior to joining DTCP he worked at OMERS Infrastructure and PGGM infrastructure (two of the largest global pension funds), with a strong focus on investments in digital infrastructure. During this time, he amongst others, led the investment in the joint-venture with ATC Europe and subsequent market entry in France, and sold the 2nd largest fibre network operator in the Netherlands to Delta / EQT. He also served on the board of telecommunication tower companies in Europe and Australia.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at the investment bank divisions of BNP Paribas and ING Bank. Bart holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands and is a CFA® charter holder.
Christiane is Executive Assistant to Oliver Schmäschke and Alexander Helmke.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked at a multi-family office as an Executive & Team Assistant while concurrently implementing projects as a freelance communications specialist. Prior to that, Christiane worked in corporate communications for an international FMCG company as well as PR agencies. She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Anthropology and Hispanic Studies from Davidson College (NC, USA).
Christoph is Operating Partner Value Creation & Scaling at DTCP’s Infrastructure Team.
His mission is to help DTCP’s portfolio companies in scaling their businesses from company and organization set-up and development, implementation of reporting, ERP and HR-systems & processes to finance raising and more specific topics in the areas of finance, HR, IT, and operational excellence.
Christoph has more than 25 years of experience in management positions in finance, operations, IT and HR in the TMT sector.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was CFO of STRATO and Managing Director of IONOS companies in the US and UK. He also worked as Managing Director and Director IT for mobilCom/freenet, Manager in the Corporate Finance Practice of PwC as well as in Business Development Asia/Pacific for Deutsche Telekom.
Christoph holds a degree in Economics of Technical University Berlin.
Claudius is Director IR & Value Creation.
Before joining DTCP, Claudius worked for Silicon Valley based innovation platform Plug and Play Tech Center and boutique consulting firm Infront Consulting & Management, where he frequently engaged with executives, innovation teams and startups defining their innovation and digital transformation strategies.
Claudius gained international experience in the Netherlands, India, Indonesia, and the United States, and holds a MSc. Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management.
Dean is Principal at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
He covers Israel-related investments and is based in Tel Aviv. Prior to DTCP, Dean was an Associate at Poalim Equity, where he led the growth and strategic investments of Poalim Bank. Dean gained Investment Banking experience from Morgan Stanley and Poalim Equity, and also gained legal experience at the Technology M&A and Private Placement team at Amit Pollak Matalon, a leading Israeli law firm.
Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and an LL.B in Law from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
Stefan is Head of Legal, Compliance and Regulation at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, Stefan was a senior legal counsel at Commerzbank working on complex finance and M&A topics. He was also responsible for the legal aspects of all blockchain projects. Earlier in his career, Stefan spent five years at the law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a member of the finance practice group, working on international highly structured finance and corporate transactions and the whole life cycle of funds / asset management.
Stefan holds a Ph.D. from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) of the University of Virginia (Dean’s scholarship) and further law and business degrees from the University of Münster and University of Bayreuth.
Halima is Director Finance at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in corporate finance for an investment bank and one of the UK's largest active asset managers.
She has extensive experience in finance, corporate and regulatory governance. She holds a bachelor and master’s degrees in European Business Administration from University Jean Moulin, Lyon III, France and Anglia Polytechnic University in Cambridge, UK.
Iryna is Director Fund Management for DTCP’s infrastructure investment funds.
She supports the deal team in executing transactions and coordinates various service providers at the fund level. Iryna oversees aspects of the investment vehicle, including quarterly and annual net asset value calculations, and ensures a streamlined reporting process tailored to meet the needs of limited partners.
Prior to DTCP, she started her career in auditing at Deloitte, and held controlling positions in real estate and private equity funds in Luxembourg.
Iryna holds a master’s degree in economics from the Central European University.
Jack is Managing Partner at DTCP Growth.
He is responsible for setting investment direction, establishing and refining the investment processes, making investment recommendations, and managing the performance of the overall portfolio. Jack is instrumental in establishing DTCP Growth’s data-driven investment approach. Jack currently serves as a Board Member/Observer at Aryaka, Global Savings Group, and Skorpios Technologies on behalf of DTCP.
Previously, he was the Managing Director of Qualcomm Ventures North America and General Partner at dRx Capital – a joint Novartis and Qualcomm investment company. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at ZTE (USA), Nokia, 3Com, GDC, and Nortel. Jack’s investment exits include: Auth0 (acquired by Okta), BlueJeans (acquired by Verizon), ClearCare (acquired by Battery), Dynamic Signal (merged with Social Chorus), Doctor On Demand (merged with Grand Rounds), goBalto (acquired by Oracle), Heap (acquired by Contentsqure), NS1 (acquired by IBM), Telcare (acquired by Bio Telemetry), Validity (acquired by Synaptics), Visage (acquired by Brightfin), Welltok (acquired by Virgin Pulse), Fitbit (NYSE: FIT), and Fastly (NYSE: FSLY).
Jack earned an MSEE from the University of Calgary and an MBA from McGill University.
Jan is Managing Director and leads the DTCP Luxembourg team. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee and Head of ESG at DTCP.
He joined DTCP from K+S Group, an international raw materials & mining company listed in the German MDAX, where he held various management positions. His roles spanned Corporate Development and M&A as well as regulatory assignments.
Prior to that, Jan held positions at White & Case LLP, Chadbourne & Parke LLP, New York and GOERG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten, advising clients on regulatory and P3 projects.
Jan is a German-qualified lawyer. He received his law degree from Trier Law School.
Jessica is an Associate at DTCP Infra.
Prior to joining DTCP, Jessica worked at CapVest Partners, focusing on leveraged buy-out investments in the healthcare, consumer and business services sectors. Jessica started her career with the Consumer Products & Retail team at UBS where she was involved in the execution of multiple transactions.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Service Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Joe Kanner is Analyst at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was an Analyst at Hanaco Ventures, a Tel Aviv and New York based multi-stage venture capital firm. At Hanaco, Joe supported the firm’s deal flow, conducted due diligence on potential investments, and contributed to value creation for the firm’s portfolio.
Joe holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
Johannes is an Analyst at DTCP Growth.
Prior to joining DTCP, he gained experience in early-stage and growth-stage funds through multiple internships.
Johannes holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from EBS University
Jonli began his career in venture in high school by interning at Rothenberg Ventures and gaining experience in early-stage venture capital, and working on deals including SpaceX, Robinhood, and Gusto. Prior to joining DTCP, he was a lead analyst at Cartography Capital, a San Francisco based multi-staged venture capital firm and family office.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. He competed on the Cal Triathlon Team and was a cofounder of Berkeley Venture Capital, the university's first undergraduate venture capital organization.
Outside of work, Jonli is an avid triathlete and proud member of Golden Gate Triathlon in San Francisco.

Prior to joining DTCP, he gained experience at Lazard's investment banking team and Deutsche Telekom’s M&A team.
Julius holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in International Finance from the International School of Finance at HfWU and a M.Sc in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter.
Lance is a partner at DTCP and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and making investment recommendations in the US.
Lance’s DTCP investments include: Arctic wolf networks, Innovid (NYSE: CTV), and StreetlightData (acquired by Jacobs). Lance joined from Touchdown Ventures, a SF based Corporate Venture firm, where he worked on company sourcing, investment analysis and diligence, and portfolio management.
Prior to that, he spent time at Illuminate Ventures, a seed stage Enterprise SaaS firm and at Twitter (now X) holding a position in the finance department.
Lance holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, a master’s degree in History from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU Fresno.

Lena is an Analyst at DTCP Growth.
She covers investments across Europe with particular focus on DACH and the Nordics. Prior to DTCP, Lena worked at two early-stage VC funds and in consulting at BCG where she gained experience across a variety of sectors, specifically B2B Software.
Lena holds a Double Master's Degree CEMS MiM and MSc from HEC Paris and Copenhagen Business School. She further graduated with a BSc from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and Singapore Management University.
Linda is the Executive Assistant to Jack Young, Lance Matthews and Aurin Bhattacharjee at DTCP in the United States.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked many years as an Executive Assistant in several fields including medical and architecture, with each industry broadening and strengthening her professional skillset.

Before joining DTCP, Linnéa built up and managed the communications department of a Berlin-based VC firm, shaping communication strategies for 8 funds and various portfolio companies.
In her earlier career, Linnéa gained experience as a marketing and brand strategy specialist across multiple sectors and leveraged her expertise as an independent consultant.
Linnéa’s academic journey has taken her to Sydney, Paris Berlin and Hamburg, culminating in a master’s degree in business communications.
Maria is Senior Manager Investment Controlling at DTCP.
Prior to that, she was a German Finance Operations Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, the largest online travel agency in Europe, and the largest distributor of online flights in the world.
Maria holds an MiBA from the University of Hamburg and a diploma in International Finance from St. Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance.
Martin is Chief Financial Officer at DTCP.
He joined DTCP from energy giants Innogy and RWE where he held various management positions in Germany and the UK. His roles spanned Finance and Corporate Strategy as well as M&A and Restructuring assignments. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at Siemens, advising senior management globally on technology, R&D and product strategy.
Martin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and was a visiting researcher in the field of Nanotechnology at Columbia University, New York. He is a CFA charterholder.
Melanie is Senior Manager Investor Relations at DTCP.
Melanie started her career in an advisory firm focused on Investor Relations and Financial Communications, where she did several IPOs and bond emissions. Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in Investor Relations for the publicly listed ISRA VISION AG and successfully worked on the takeover and squeeze-out by Atlas Copco SE.
Melanie completed her banking apprenticeship and holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Management from the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
Michael is Partner at DTCP Growth. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and making investment recommendations in Europe.
Michael contributed in DTCP’s investments in Cognigy.AI, Neo4j, Aircall, Signavio (acquired by SAP SE), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), LeanIX, Relayr (acquired by Munich RE), and Fornova.
Michael joined from Bauer Venture Partners. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Otto Group's Corporate Strategy department and helped building one of Germany's leading behavioral retargeting companies, leading their product development.

Oliver is the Chief Operating Officer of DTCP.
At the intersection of a network of over 80 global Technology & Telecom corporations and DTCP’s portfolio companies, Oliver’s team realizes financial and strategic synergies between the two. Oliver holds a Board Observer seat on the boards of everphone and RemoteMyApp. From 2015 to 2019, Oliver led the operational build-up of DTCP as the firm’s first employee and Chief of Staff to the CEO, before transitioning to his current role. He started his career as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Oliver is a former first division and youth national team (beach-) volleyball player, ingesting all the persistence, endurance and commitment required to reach maximum results.
Oliver holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from the Technical University Hamburg, Germany, and Technical University Aveiro, Portugal, as well as a Master of Technology Management from Northern Institute of Technology Management Hamburg, Germany.
Philipp von Bismarck is Managing Partner at DTCP and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra.
He brings more than 20 years of experience as a transactions lawyer and has been deeply involved in digital infrastructure transactions for more than a decade. In this role he has closely accompanied DTCP since its inception and was instrumental in structuring, negotiating, executing and implementing all of its infrastructure related deals.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was Founding Partner of M&A-focused boutique law firm Wendelstein, where he co-led the M&A department. Before that, he held positions at Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt and Munich and at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. He currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Supervisory Board of United Internet AG, a publicly listed telecommunications and internet service provider group.
Philipp studied Law at Ludwig-Maximilans-University of Munich and holds a law degree from the state of Bavaria and a second law degree from the states of Hamburg, Bremen and Schleswig Holstein.
Rahul is Portfolio Controller in the Finance Team at DTCP.
Before joining DTCP, he has gained experience in controlling US Retirement 401(k) Plan investments at DataPath Limited, Bangladesh. Rahul holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a "Summa Cum Laude" distinction and has a master's degree in International Business & Sustainability (MIBAS) from the University of Hamburg.
Rheyia is the Executive Assistant to Jam-Michael Dierkes, Stephan Grillmaier and Aldo Cardoso.
She has more than 9 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and has a NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
Most recently she worked as an Executive Assistant for 5+ years to a team of 12 Energy Investment professionals at Global Infrastructure Partners.

Sabrina has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting for SMB, PE, VC, and corporate businesses with an international focus.
Before joining DTCP, she was Principal Leadership Recruiter at N26, one of Europe’s leading neo-banks. There, she built a strong and durable leadership group for the Product, Tech and Design verticals but also for the business areas.
Prior to that, she worked for Cribb, a boutique executive search firm, which specialises in digital and new emerging roles for various sectors from Director to C-Suite and board roles. There, Sabrina focussed on a variety of business roles but always had a passion for technology, data and AI/ IoT roles for clients in the financial services, insurance, and telco sector.
Sabrina holds a degree in sociology, economic & social psychology.
Selina is ESG & Operations Manager at DTCP Luxembourg.
Prior to joining DTCP, she gained experience in Amazon’s Sustainability Engineering team, focusing on E-Mobility and Energy Efficiency Initiatives. Selina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Stefan is Head of Finance at DTCP, based in Luxembourg.
Before joining DTCP, Stefan established and led the finance team at J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Solutions, an innovative payment services provider jointly owned by JP Morgan and Volkswagen Financial Services. He commenced his career at PwC, specializing in auditing banks and other companies in the financial services sector, along with consulting on IFRS and regulatory reporting. Stefan is an ACCA member and has successfully completed the European Master in International Management program at the Franco-German University (DFA-UFA).
Stephan is the Head of Capital Formation Real Assets at DTCP.
Before joining DTCP, Stephan was the Head of Investor Relations at Arcus Infrastructure Partners, where he led the firm’s fundraising and co-investment efforts. During his tenure at Arcus (2016-2024), the firm successfully closed two funds with total commitments of EUR 1.21 billion (2020) and EUR 1.61 billion (2024).
Prior to Arcus, Stephan was a Partner at Aerius Associates and MVision Private Equity Advisers in London, managing several global fundraisings and maintaining relationships with limited partners across the EMEA region, the US, and Asia/Pacific. Previously, he was a Director at Swiss Re Private Equity Partners in Zurich, Switzerland, leading the team’s fund and secondary investment opportunities in Europe, and overseeing several investments in the Asia/Pacific region. Stephan also served as a Senior Investment Professional at VCM Capital Management in Munich, Germany.
Stephan holds a BA in International Relations from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and an M.Litt in Management, Economics, and Politics from the University of St. Andrews. Additionally, he completed the Advanced Management Programme at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.
Sören is Associate at DTCP Growth.
Prior to DTCP he worked as an improvement and innovation manager at an international aircraft manufacturer. Sören holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bremen. After a semester abroad as an MBA student at San Diego State University, he co-founded his own company.
Thomas is Managing Partner at DTCP Growth.
Since founding DTCP in 2015, Thomas has been responsible for the strategic direction of the growth equity investment business, establishing and refining the investment recommendations. He is charged with the management and performance responsibility of the overall portfolio. His background comprises more than 25 years of venture capital investing and entrepreneurship, including a stint as founder and managing partner of Bauer Venture Partners, a €100m venture capital fund. Additionally, Thomas was Head of M&A at Bauer Media Group and Managing Partner at German venture capital pioneer Neuhaus Partners for many years. He invested in Searchmetrics, Content Fleet (acquired by Stroer Digital), Propertybase (acquired by Boston Logic Inc.), Contorion (acquired by Hoffmann SE), Navabi and apprupt (acquired by Opera Mediaworks), among others. On top of that, Thomas has extensive entrepreneurial experience from founding several companies.
Thomas studied at the University of Hamburg and holds a master's degree in technical economics.
Tim is Principal at DTCP Infra.
Tim serves as a board member at Keepler Data Tech and maincubes and has been involved in the Swiss Towers and the Cellnex NL transactions.
Prior to joining DTCP in 2017, Tim worked in the M&A and corporate finance team of Greenhill & Co. and Commerzbank, respectively. Tim holds a Master of Science in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Vicente has been an investor, advisor and senior executive in telecommunications, media, and technology for over 18 years. With a strong track record and network, Vicente is behind the investment strategies of DTCP. He has deployed over $2.3 billion in invested capital and executed over $100 billion in announced M&A transactions.
Vicente is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra, and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Growth. He currently serves as a board member at Cellnex Netherlands, Open Dutch Fiber, Community Fibre Ltd. and maincubes. Previously, he held board positions at Scout 24 (G24.DE), Ströer Media AG (SAX.DE), Cellnex Switzerland, Strato AG, Nexmo, Keepler and Cellwize.
Prior to founding DTCP, Vicente was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom between 2010 and 2015. During this time, he executed – amongst other transactions – the merger of MetroPCS with T-Mobile US, the lease-leaseback of over 7,000 T-Mobile telecommunication towers to Crown Castle, the sale of EE to British Telecom, and the acquisition of GTS Central Europe.
Before his tenure at Deutsche Telekom, he held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Royal Capital Management.
Vicente holds a degree in business administration and MBA (Lic&MBA) from ESADE Business School.
Waldemar is a Partner at DTCP Infra.
With over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, Waldemar specializes in TMT investments, particularly focusing on data centers and cell towers. Waldemar serves as a member of the Investment Committee at DTCP Infra and holds board positions at Cellnex Netherlands, Keepler Data Tech, and maincubes secure data centers. His past board roles include positions at Cellnex Switzerland and Cellwize.
Before joining DTCP, Waldemar served as an Investment Banker at both Lazard and Nomura. His expertise includes executing M&A and capital markets transactions spanning various industries, with a particular focus on TMT and leveraged finance.
Waldemar holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, Singapore/France, and a Bachelor of Science from EBS University of Economics and Law, Germany.
Zahl Limbuwala is Operating Partner at DTCP.
With over 30 years of experience in data center operations, Zahl supports DTCP Infra's portfolio companies to scale and accelerate their growth. He is Chairman of the Board of maincubes, a colocation data center provider. Most recently,he served as Chief Operating Officer at AtlasEdge. Before AtlasEdge, Zahl had a long and esteemed career at Romonet, a leading software business, which he co-founded in 2009 and led as CEO until its acquisition by CBRE DCS – the world’s largest provider of outsourced Data Center Technology solutions. He also served at BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT for more than 8 years, where he founded and chaired the committee for the Data Center Specialist Group.

Zohal is Finance Expert at DTCP.
Zohal started her career at Mazars, an auditing and tax consulting company where she deepened her knowledge in taxation and auditing. Thereafter she worked in Controlling and Financing in a traditional Hamburg-based shipping company, where she was responsible for international investors.
Zohal gained international experience in India, United States and France and holds a MSc. in Business Administration from École de Management, Strasbourg and University of Hamburg.
Asha is a Vice President at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
She covers pan-European growth equity investments and is based in London. Prior to DTCP, Asha was an investor at Apax Partners in New York, and previously also worked in the mergers & acquisitions teams at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
Asha earned her BSc Economics degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dean is Principal at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
He covers Israel-related investments and is based in Tel Aviv. Prior to DTCP, Dean was an Associate at Poalim Equity, where he led the growth and strategic investments of Poalim Bank. Dean gained Investment Banking experience from Morgan Stanley and Poalim Equity, and also gained legal experience at the Technology M&A and Private Placement team at Amit Pollak Matalon, a leading Israeli law firm.
Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and an LL.B in Law from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
Jack is Managing Partner at DTCP Growth.
He is responsible for setting investment direction, establishing and refining the investment processes, making investment recommendations, and managing the performance of the overall portfolio. Jack is instrumental in establishing DTCP Growth’s data-driven investment approach. Jack currently serves as a Board Member/Observer at Aryaka, Global Savings Group, and Skorpios Technologies on behalf of DTCP.
Previously, he was the Managing Director of Qualcomm Ventures North America and General Partner at dRx Capital – a joint Novartis and Qualcomm investment company. Prior to joining DTCP, he was an Analyst at Hanaco Ventures, a Tel Aviv and New York based multi-stage venture capital firm. At Hanaco, Joe supported the firm’s deal flow, conducted due diligence on potential investments, and contributed to value creation for the firm’s portfolio.

Jonli began his career in venture in high school by interning at Rothenberg Ventures and gaining experience in early-stage venture capital, and working on deals including SpaceX, Robinhood, and Gusto. Prior to joining DTCP, he was a lead analyst at Cartography Capital, a San Francisco based multi-staged venture capital firm and family office.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. He competed on the Cal Triathlon Team and was a cofounder of Berkeley Venture Capital, the university's first undergraduate venture capital organization.

Lance is a partner at DTCP and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and making investment recommendations in the US.
Lance’s DTCP investments include: Arctic wolf networks, Innovid (NYSE: CTV), and StreetlightData (acquired by Jacobs). Lance joined from Touchdown Ventures, a SF based Corporate Venture firm, where he worked on company sourcing, investment analysis and diligence, and portfolio management.
Prior to that, he spent time at Illuminate Ventures, a seed stage Enterprise SaaS firm and at Twitter (now X) holding a position in the finance department.

Since founding DTCP in 2015, Thomas has been responsible for the strategic direction of the growth equity investment business, establishing and refining the investment recommendations. Aldo is a Managing Director at DTCP Infra
He brings more than 13 years of experience as investment banker in London covering Telecommunication clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining DTCP, Aldo served as director in the Telecommunications Investment Banking team at Citi EMEA, where he focused on Digital Infrastructure. During his time at Citi, Aldo supported numerous Telco companies on the monetization of their digital assets and advised institutional investors on mergers, acquisitions and divestments of digital infrastructure businesses. He brings a profound knowledge of the TMT sector in crucial target markets to DTCP.
Aldo is a CFA charterholder, has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. Aldo studied industrial engineering and graduated with honours from the Catholic University of Peru.

He has been involved in the investments into Cellwize, Community Fiber and Open Dutch Fiber.
Prior to joining DTCP in 2017, Anselm worked as an investment banker at Barclays in Frankfurt. He has more than seven years of experience in private equity and investment banking.

Bart is Managing Director at DTCP Infra.
Prior to joining DTCP he worked at OMERS Infrastructure and PGGM infrastructure (two of the largest global pension funds), with a strong focus on investments in digital infrastructure. During this time, he amongst others, led the investment in the joint-venture with ATC Europe and subsequent market entry in France, and sold the 2nd largest fibre network operator in the Netherlands to Delta / EQT. He also served on the board of telecommunication tower companies in Europe and Australia.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at the investment bank divisions of BNP Paribas and ING Bank. Bart holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands and is a CFA® charter holder.
Christoph is Operating Partner Value Creation & Scaling at DTCP’s Infrastructure Team.
His mission is to help DTCP’s portfolio companies in scaling their businesses from company and organization set-up and development, implementation of reporting, ERP and HR-systems & processes to finance raising and more specific topics in the areas of finance, HR, IT, and operational excellence.
Christoph has more than 25 years of experience in management positions in finance, operations, IT and HR in the TMT sector.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was CFO of STRATO and Managing Director of IONOS companies in the US and UK. He also worked as Managing Director and Director IT for mobilCom/freenet, Manager in the Corporate Finance Practice of PwC as well as in Business Development Asia/Pacific for Deutsche Telekom.

Iryna is Director Fund Management for DTCP’s infrastructure investment funds.
She supports the deal team in executing transactions and coordinates various service providers at the fund level. Iryna oversees aspects of the investment vehicle, including quarterly and annual net asset value calculations, and ensures a streamlined reporting process tailored to meet the needs of limited partners.
Prior to DTCP, she started her career in auditing at Deloitte, and held controlling positions in real estate and private equity funds in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining DTCP, Jessica worked at CapVest Partners, focusing on leveraged buy-out investments in the healthcare, consumer and business services sectors. Philipp von Bismarck is Managing Partner at DTCP and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra.
He brings more than 20 years of experience as a transactions lawyer and has been deeply involved in digital infrastructure transactions for more than a decade. In this role he has closely accompanied DTCP since its inception and was instrumental in structuring, negotiating, executing and implementing all of its infrastructure related deals.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was Founding Partner of M&A-focused boutique law firm Wendelstein, where he co-led the M&A department. Before that, he held positions at Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt and Munich and at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. He currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Supervisory Board of United Internet AG, a publicly listed telecommunications and internet service provider group.
Philipp studied Law at Ludwig-Maximilans-University of Munich and holds a law degree from the state of Bavaria and a second law degree from the states of Hamburg, Bremen and Schleswig Holstein.

Tim serves as a board member at Keepler Data Tech and maincubes and has been involved in the Swiss Towers and the Cellnex NL transactions.
Prior to joining DTCP in 2017, Tim worked in the M&A and corporate finance team of Greenhill & Co. and Commerzbank, respectively. Tim holds a Master of Science in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics. Vicente has been an investor, advisor and senior executive in telecommunications, media, and technology for over 18 years. With a strong track record and network, Vicente is behind the investment strategies of DTCP. He has deployed over $2.3 billion in invested capital and executed over $100 billion in announced M&A transactions.
Vicente is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra, and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Growth. He currently serves as a board member at Cellnex Netherlands, Open Dutch Fiber, Community Fibre Ltd. and maincubes. Previously, he held board positions at Scout 24 (G24.DE), Ströer Media AG (SAX.DE), Cellnex Switzerland, Strato AG, Nexmo, Keepler and Cellwize.
Prior to founding DTCP, Vicente was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom between 2010 and 2015. During this time, he executed – amongst other transactions – the merger of MetroPCS with T-Mobile US, the lease-leaseback of over 7,000 T-Mobile telecommunication towers to Crown Castle, the sale of EE to British Telecom, and the acquisition of GTS Central Europe.
Before his tenure at Deutsche Telekom, he held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Royal Capital Management.

With over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, Waldemar specializes in TMT investments, particularly focusing on data centers and cell towers. Waldemar serves as a member of the Investment Committee at DTCP Infra and holds board positions at Cellnex Netherlands, Keepler Data Tech, and maincubes secure data centers. His past board roles include positions at Cellnex Switzerland and Cellwize.
Before joining DTCP, Waldemar served as an Investment Banker at both Lazard and Nomura. His expertise includes executing M&A and capital markets transactions spanning various industries, with a particular focus on TMT and leveraged finance.

With over 30 years of experience in data center operations, Zahl supports DTCP Infra's portfolio companies to scale and accelerate their growth. He is Chairman of the Board of maincubes, a colocation data center provider. Most recently,he served as Chief Operating Officer at AtlasEdge. Before AtlasEdge, Zahl had a long and esteemed career at Romonet, a leading software business, which he co-founded in 2009 and led as CEO until its acquisition by CBRE DCS – the world’s largest provider of outsourced Data Center Technology solutions. He also served at BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT for more than 8 years, where he founded and chaired the committee for the Data Center Specialist Group.

Christiane is Executive Assistant to Oliver Schmäschke and Alexander Helmke.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked at a multi-family office as an Executive & Team Assistant while concurrently implementing projects as a freelance communications specialist. Before joining DTCP, Claudius worked for Silicon Valley based innovation platform Plug and Play Tech Center and boutique consulting firm Infront Consulting & Management, where he frequently engaged with executives, innovation teams and startups defining their innovation and digital transformation strategies.
Claudius gained international experience in the Netherlands, India, Indonesia, and the United States, and holds a MSc. Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management.
Halima is Director Finance at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in corporate finance for an investment bank and one of the UK's largest active asset managers.
She has extensive experience in finance, corporate and regulatory governance. She holds a bachelor and master’s degrees in European Business Administration from University Jean Moulin, Lyon III, France and Anglia Polytechnic University in Cambridge, UK.

Linnéa’s academic journey has taken her to Sydney, Paris Berlin and Hamburg, culminating in a master’s degree in business communications.

He joined DTCP from energy giants Innogy and RWE where he held various management positions in Germany and the UK. His roles spanned Finance and Corporate Strategy as well as M&A and Restructuring assignments. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at Siemens, advising senior management globally on technology, R&D and product strategy.
Martin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and was a visiting researcher in the field of Nanotechnology at Columbia University, New York. He is a CFA charterholder.
Melanie is Senior Manager Investor Relations at DTCP.
Melanie started her career in an advisory firm focused on Investor Relations and Financial Communications, where she did several IPOs and bond emissions. Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in Investor Relations for the publicly listed ISRA VISION AG and successfully worked on the takeover and squeeze-out by Atlas Copco SE.
Melanie completed her banking apprenticeship and holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Management from the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
Oliver is the Chief Operating Officer of DTCP.
At the intersection of a network of over 80 global Technology & Telecom corporations and DTCP’s portfolio companies, Oliver’s team realizes financial and strategic synergies between the two. Oliver holds a Board Observer seat on the boards of everphone and RemoteMyApp. From 2015 to 2019, Oliver led the operational build-up of DTCP as the firm’s first employee and Chief of Staff to the CEO, before transitioning to his current role. He started his career as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Oliver is a former first division and youth national team (beach-) volleyball player, ingesting all the persistence, endurance and commitment required to reach maximum results.

Sabrina has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting for SMB, PE, VC, and corporate businesses with an international focus.
Before joining DTCP, she was Principal Leadership Recruiter at N26, one of Europe’s leading neo-banks. There, she built a strong and durable leadership group for the Product, Tech and Design verticals but also for the business areas.
Prior to that, she worked for Cribb, a boutique executive search firm, which specialises in digital and new emerging roles for various sectors from Director to C-Suite and board roles. There, Sabrina focussed on a variety of business roles but always had a passion for technology, data and AI/ IoT roles for clients in the financial services, insurance, and telco sector.

Stefan is Head of Finance at DTCP, based in Luxembourg.
Before joining DTCP, Stefan established and led the finance team at J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Solutions, an innovative payment services provider jointly owned by JP Morgan and Volkswagen Financial Services. He commenced his career at PwC, specializing in auditing banks and other companies in the financial services sector, along with consulting on IFRS and regulatory reporting. Stefan is an ACCA member and has successfully completed the European Master in International Management program at the Franco-German University (DFA-UFA).
Stephan is the Head of Capital Formation Real Assets at DTCP.
Before joining DTCP, Stephan was the Head of Investor Relations at Arcus Infrastructure Partners, where he led the firm’s fundraising and co-investment efforts. During his tenure at Arcus (2016-2024), the firm successfully closed two funds with total commitments of EUR 1.21 billion (2020) and EUR 1.61 billion (2024).
Prior to Arcus, Stephan was a Partner at Aerius Associates and MVision Private Equity Advisers in London, managing several global fundraisings and maintaining relationships with limited partners across the EMEA region, the US, and Asia/Pacific. Previously, he was a Director at Swiss Re Private Equity Partners in Zurich, Switzerland, leading the team’s fund and secondary investment opportunities in Europe, and overseeing several investments in the Asia/Pacific region. Stephan also served as a Senior Investment Professional at VCM Capital Management in Munich, Germany.
Stephan holds a BA in International Relations from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and an M.Litt in Management, Economics, and Politics from the University of St. Andrews.
