maincubes Expands its Management Team and Appoints Arne Weber as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Frankfurt, May 15, 2023 – maincubes, a leading German data center operator providing colocation solutions for public entities, global enterprises, and service providers, has announced today the strategic expansion of its management team with the appointment of Arne Weber as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group.
The development comes at a time of rapid expansion for the company, which recently announced that it has secured a new debt facility of over EUR 1bn and the backing of its partners DTCP and Art-Invest Real Estate.
Arne brings to maincubes his extensive experience in international financial markets, deep expertise in building and scaling financial organizations, and a strong corporate finance / M&A background. He joins the organization from software company IMS Evolve, where during his time as CFO he played a key role in the company's significant international growth and general strategic and operative development. Throughout his career, Arne has alsoworked at several international investment banks in Frankfurt, London, and New York.
